The 2024 ANCC Magnet Prize winning organization will have one year to further develop its innovative program or project after which they will return the following year to present their program/project outcomes during the ANCC National Magnet Conference®.

Nominations are evaluated by a blinded peer review process conducted by a committee of national nursing leaders that includes members of the Commission on Magnet Recognition Program and the ANCC Board of Directors, as well as Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) from prior Magnet Prize-winning organizations.
